Physical preparation is merely the visible way of getting ready for the pre-natal period. But there is another intimate and hidden process that must be taken into account.

Mothers know how to get in touch deeply with the baby they carry inside provided they have the favourable chance. Thus, to improve breathing, to widen circulation, to float and to feel immersed allow the expecting mom to flow and share intimately body, psyche and spirit with the baby being carried.

The expecting mother closes her eyes to the external world in order to look at her inside world. Besides, by learning to exercise and control strength she will learn to control anxiety and to keep her reserves for the key moment of delivery.

When she is immersed in her internal world, she can fancy the baby and feel like it who is immersed inside the intra-uterine pool. If it is sweet to imagine, it will be sweeter to deliver the child who has been so long awaited for.

Breathing control always means emotion control, especially for the conscious mother who nourishes, breathes and rests by two (or more?). Being able to fancy, fantasize and feel as if in the inside, like the baby still joined by the umbilical chord, imagining also a delivery without anguish will contribute to a smooth and sweet future reality when she will feel the attachment through hugging and suckling the newly born baby.
